Hi,I have heard it takes a few tries before your ready to quit so don't think you can't do it,YOU CAN! I know from experience if you have a program to follow like the BREATHING EASY PROGRAM,friends/family who will help when yr crabby! If you have a goal,my goal is "IS TO STOP CONTRIBUTING TO ANIMAL TESTING!" I get the patches free,nic gum/peer support 1x/wk! Your local Mental Health agency! Keep busy! Drink lot's of water and go for walks even if it's in circles,LOL :)
