I had a kidney removed last year because of cysts growing on the renal vein, alot of cysts they said.  So I dont have a kidney disease, but only one kidney.  What kind of diet do I follow?  Every other page contradicts its self on what I should and should not eat.  Is having one normal kidney as bad as someone who has Kidney Disease?  Where would you suggest I go for a comprehensive food list of what I can and cannot eat?

my dad is suffering from a skin problem for the last few months and is really itchy so bad he can't stop its driving him mad and is feeling tired and sick from it. its like a rash with blister bumps on him and maybe something under the skin. he went to the doctor and they just gave him cream that did nothing. he put kerosene on it helped for a week or so then it all came back. he wash clothes sheet and bed thinking it was bed bugs but pretty sure its not. can you help pls
