Low back pain? Probably tight hamstrings. back pain. With the amount of sitting we do as a society, our hamstrings are in a constant state... patient's back pain would alleviate in only a week when they did a regular hamstring flexibility routine

Any ideas for upper body without working the bottom here's the deal - my doctor says for the next two weeks i can't do anything with my lower body because i had a minor op. what can i do for upper body to keep myself sane since i'm not dointhe cardio?
