Stretching before bed
I stretch for 10-15 minutes before bed, sometimes even to soothing music. It means I get in bed a little later, but I find I sleep much more soundly, and feel more rested in the morning.
Don't be afraid of your bed
Only a fellow insomniac would understand why a person might be afraid of his or her own bed! Ok... at the clock and counting the hours until wakeup time. Bed becomes a place of worry and anxiety.
