28 inches as of Sept 7...aiming for lower When i started to lose weight , at 165.4 lbs , i had a 34 inches waist. That was in Apr 2006. Now, at 126.8 lbs my waist is 28 inches. I'm very happy abt the progress. But my plan is to get to 26 inches
