One thing I found was the frozen fries aren't too bad. They certainly don't hold a candle to McDonalds crispy fries, but still, they don't taste terrible either.

Tzatziki sauce/dip is a good alternative to salad dressing. Here's a recipe:
1 container sour cream (light!)
1 grated cucumber
lemon juice-i just squeeze a lemon to taste
garlic powder to taste
Mint Cucumber Yogurt
into small cubes. Add this to some low-fat yogurt. Add a bit of mint powder for taste, and some salt... taste fantastic during a hunger pang. Try it out.
High fiber cereal
. There are a ton of cereals out now that actually taste good. My favorites are:
Raisin Bran
Wheaties (plus they awaken my inner champion, so there's that)
Cheerios
Corn Bran (tastes so much better than it sounds)
