I sprained my ankle about 4 or 5 months ago.
I can walk find now but when I try to jump off my left foot or try to jog it starts hurting alittle bit. I've been to the doctors many times

I've sprained my ankle. It's been nearly 8 weeks. It is not broken but with multi ligament injured. It is still hurt. I wonder how long it will take before a full recovery.

I sprained my ankle badly on a run back in May. I was told to stay off of it for a month. Since then the farest i have been able to run is 3-4 miles but my ankle hurts through it. I need to know some good
