About two months ago I hurt my lowerback on my leftside while rock climbing. I didn't realize... have to get a professional massage. Anyone else have any other ideas?

When sitting in a too soft chair try using one of those stadium seats. I got one from a sporting goods store and use it in my old recliner. My lowerback and leg pain went away.
