Yoga for a flat tummy finally did it and I was amazed by how good yoga will be for my tummy. It uses many stomach crunches and abdominal movements. I am planning to make time from November onwards, and look forward to a flat tummy

Strengthen the core, stomach muscles So much back pain actually comes from lack of the core, abdominals. Strengthen them using yoga or pilates. You'll love having a flat tummy as well! Drinking more water is another way to reduce back pain.
