Doctor appointment quickly. I can tell my lungs are congested, I am always tired and my joints are hurting pretty badly. Joint pain is always a sign of infection with me, so I just know that thier is a lung infection brewing

get to know my toes ) goal this week. Favorite stretch so far: Modified Lunge- Lunge position but with the toes of the front foot at a 45 degree angle. Then sink into the lunge. It really gets into the hip flexors
