A healthy cooking tip , or various cuts of fish and cook over a medium flame. If the juice cooks off too quickly, simply add more. In the end you'll save extra calories and fat by not using oil or butter for cooking!

Cooking with butter. Butter is the best thing to cook with. Extra virgin olive oil, whilst being one of the healthier... it is your cooking, then add the butter. Pretty easy.
