High fiber cereal
I find one of the best ways to get more fiber in my diet is by eating high fiber cereal. There are a ton of cereals out now that actually taste good. My favorites are:

I bought these Mother's Cupboard fruit cereal bars from Woodmans in chicago. They are quite good..., No preservatives. They are a fruit based cereal bar unlike nutrigrain which is a filler bar as far as im concerned
