Week 1 Week 1, Cut back on eating out, drinking soda, and coffee w/ cream and sugar. Excercise comes from short brisk walks. Good for now, ehhh...?

Weekly Bowling Bowling is a great sport to have fun with friends, while getting some core and arm exercise. It's fun and you don't even realize you are getting a workout.
