4 minute mile I really want to run a 4 minute mile by the time I am 35. I think I may have missed my chance... suspect it is going to take some serious training...which I have not started yet of course.

Number of miles in a 5K that was. The answer is 3.1 miles. A Kilometer is about .6 miles, so for a 5K just mutliply 5 km by .6 to get 3 miles. Right, Dave, 6.2 miles for a 10K. A half marathon is 13.1 miles and a full marathon is 26.2 miles, or 26

Feb 7 - 14 miles Ah, 14.1 miles in Redwood Park today, that's more like it. Didn't get around to doing the yoga though. Tomorrow I'll try to get in 6-9 fast pace miles - weather permitting.
