Wife is experiencing burning sensation in back and chest.

24 year old female, no other health problems. Wife is experiencing burning sensation in back and chest that started approx 5 hours ago. She describes the desire to "crack open her chest and relieve the pressure" Ate steak, asparagus, and potatoes about 1 hour ago, cookies and cream ice cream about 4 hours ago. Consumed 3 Tums after dinner and immediately vomited. Burning pain in back gets worse with movement.
