my son has a similar problem, he starts coughing soon after he starts eating then vomits all the feed...been to the doc and even had an upper gastro test and they said he is fine just that he could be allergic to some foods or gaining weight fast.
of late he has not gained so much but the problem has reccurred and doc says its allergy so am equally worried but just giving him lots of drinks to rehydrate

My son is 15 months of age. From last few weeks whenever he starts eating something he vomits. It’s during the feeding procedure that it occurs. Sometimes it’s during the start of feeding, sometimes towards the middle and towards the end. Vomit comes through his mouth as well as his nostrils. Otherwise he is healthy and active. Soon after the vomiting session ,he ll start taking his food. During vomitiing he empties his entire stomach. I dont think its a particular food item that he rejects.I am worried about this behaviour. Please help.
