why am i experiencing abdominal discomfort and mild pain

just recently i have gotten this pain its in my chest on my right side and also this heavy uncomfortable feeling in my upper abdomin. it seems to be worse at some points of the day then fade out. im also anemic from an iron defficiency. any ideas??
