what makes your stomach swell

for the last three months i have had swellin in my stomach. i have done ct scans, ultra sounds and a colonascopy done. i done also done blood  and still nothin has appeared. the only thing they keep saying is that im over weighted and they keep putting me on these diets that aint working. what should i do?
