What does it mean when you have a dream about worms, crickets in your bleeding stomach?

I had a drewam that my stomach was being scoped and I could see every thing as if I was in the stomach.  There were tons of white small worms that looked like rice and I saw one cricket, then the nurse said oh this is bad.  She is bleeding in her stomach.  I could see when I swallowed and I told them that this was discusting and that I was getting nauseous.  They took the scope out and I was on my way.
