For the past month, I have had a tingling feeling two inches to the left of my naval.....it feels almost the way an open wound would feel if you touched it....I have had for quite a few months, bloating, and diarhea (undigested food)....I have stopped milk and that helps, red wine irritates me ...so that is drastically reduced......also 6-9 mos. ago, while pushing heavy furniture, I felt something snap in the lower abdomen area (hernia?).....now when I get up from a reclined position and raise up...sometimes my "muscles cramp"---this is extremely uncomfortable and causes me to scream out......I don't know if these things are all related, or I am falling apart......I am 57 years old and have been healthy as a horse until this stuff....Any advice please...Kathy
