if your diarrhea is very very watery then you could have a virus. I had one like that in the summer I also experienced weakness, slight dizziness, repulsed by food and belches for three days. Whatever it maybe I would go to the doctor if I were you and please drink plenty of water. Diarrhea can dehydrate you and make things a lot worse. God Bless
