These symptoms convince me that it is crohn's disease. Symptoms may come and go but they are likely to remain. I should advice to consult a family doctor as this condition is likely to cause infertliity and blindness among other things.

My boyfriend said his anus it kinda hurts and burns when he is pooping or when he kinda squeezes the anal muscle. Is this and infection, or can the reason be maybe because he might be wiping to hard?
