WE HAVE ABDOMINAL PAIN, WEAK THAT COMES AND GOES

FOR THE LAST MONTH MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH GET ABDOMINAL CRAMPS, RUNNING TO THE BATHROOM, WEAK AND VERY TIRED.  COULD SOY MILK CAUSE THIS OR SILK MILK BE RESPONSIBLE?  WHAT ABOUT ALMOND MILK?
