I have had upper center abdominal cramping and nausea for the last 6 hours and it doesnt seem to be going away,when I eat the cramping seems to get worse. I am not constipated,actually I believe I have a bit a diarreha,nor am I vomiting,could this be the stomach flu and if not any ideas of what it could be?
