I have suffered for over 25 years with I.C.  I would like to hear for anyone at all for support as well as suggestion for what to eat and/or drink plus any other ways of preventing so much pain.  Thanks.  Doni
I've been suffering from IC probably for 20 years.  This last flare up has lasted for pretty much 4 months.  I haven't had gluten, sugar, caffeine, spicy or acidic foods for pretty much that long.  It wasn't working so I bought some Candida Balance w/Colostrum and probiotics and serrapeptase and grapefruit seed extract.  The pain has gotten 75 percent better in the last 2 days.  Everytime I take the grapefruit seed extract 125 mg my bladder bleeds a little.  So not sure if I should continue that one.  But finally some relief.  Still have to go to the bathroom alot but the pain has decreased so much!  I've had this off and on for such a long time and no doctor could help me so I started seeing a holistic doctor.  Let me know if you have any suggestions for me!  Thank you!
