Hi good day, I have an open wound at my upper annus area, it discharges fluids like pus and some blood in it wneh I rubbed it to clean. Fluid discharge also noticeable in my undies with its yellowish color. I dont know what is this, had this for 3 years or more already. The wound is not that painful, it often itchies, I am afraid to ask for any medical assistance. My mom and dad has both hemorhoids, I dont if it is the same with them. I'm 37 already had a regular annual general check up sponsored by my employer for 6 years, I wonder why I havent heard anything from my medical examination report with this particular case.
