Ab pain is more like a bloating discomfort on lower left side. Symptoms are not as noticeable in the morning, they become increasingly noticeable as the day goes on and as I eat something. Testicular pain in both is very light and not continuous. Left testicle sometimes ascends very high into area above and left of penis. That same area sometimes hurts sometimes too. Some days almost no symptoms.
