Stomach Pains

Ive been sick for three days and am now suffering from cramping pains in my abdominal area. I have been burping Alot and have had Fitgue. My Eating habbits have changed due to my Being Ill. I havent eaten much if any at all, Is this a serious digestive medical condition or just symptoms of my Illness?
