Small bump seen in stomach lining..Dr. wants to do an ultrasound. What culd this be? How can I research?

During endoscopy today. small bump in the lining of my stomach was discovered. Dr. have scheduled me for an ultrasound to figure out what this is.

 What are the possibilities? Where can I research on internet?
