I am a 34yr old female. I have an palpable (by several doctors)abdominal mass in my right lower quadrant. I have noticed it in the last few months. I have had a pelvic, abdominal and trans-vaginal ultrasound to locate the mass. I then had a pelvic and abdominal ct scan and a colonoscopy as well. All came back normal and they could not even locate the mass on any of the tests. I have had numerous blood test as well. The only abnormal test was elevated B12 which they really did not seem to care about. My Gynecologist is now sending me to see a General surgeon. She said she thinks it is probably nothing. At this point since they have not being able to find it on any of these test what could it possibly be?
