I excerise 4 to 5 times a week, eat a low carb higher protein diet, drink at least 3 bottles of water a day, eat fresh vegetable, including spinach almost everyday, plus fresh fruit. In addition I take fish oil, extra proabotics, Vit c and D3 every morning and Magnesium every night. I have maybe 3 bowel movements a week and those are difficult. My stomach feels bloated and is rumbling all the time. this is really getting annoying. any suggestions?
