loss of appetite, stomach feels full, excess gas

Hi hopefully you can help me. I haven't had an appetite for four days. For two days my stomach has felt heavy and full and I've had to pass gas (both ends) more than usually. I usually burp like 5 times a week, but I burped five times this morning! I'm also feeling trembley and weak. My stomach has growled, but I still haven't felt hungry. help?
