IBD's and Joint Pain, Muscle Pain, and Arthritis etc

Seems like most people who suffer from any IBD like Crohn's Disease or Ulcerative Colitis experience joint pain especially in their lower back, knees, etc. As I healed I noticed these pains began to disappear and today I have no issues with them at all.........No diet never matters lmao
