I have lower back pain during sleep and when I rise in the morning. Lower stomach cramps and frequent urination all day and nigh

The lower back pain makes it hard to sleep comfortably.I usually take ibuprofen to help the cramps and it usually works. I drink lots of water up until about 6:30-7:00pm. I still urinate all night and during the day. I am about 50lbs overweight.
