i have gas that regenerates in intestines and under left shoulder and around heart and never goes away. Pressure!

Ate chineese food- had gas for 1 year in same place non-stop bubbles in intestines and around my heart. left side shoulder blade and weight in chest. Everytime I eat food it gets worst and slow digestive with extremme gas.
