i have burning sensation in my food pipe around six months its a acidity or ulcer

beffore six months i have some breathing trouble and chest discomfort , burning in stomach and food pipe and gas problem also.i went hospital doctor said its acidity.after treatment breathing , chet discomfort every thing is ok .now i have burning in food pipe and throat .this is ulcer or acidity?
