I have a throw up sensation in my throat after I eat. It feels like the food wants to come up but I do not throw up.

The sensation goes away after an hour or so. This has been going on for weeks now. I thought it was caused by certain foods but I feel that it happens anytime I eat more than 1 fruit portion. What can it be?
