I am experiencing discomfort & nausea in the upper center area of my abdomen and slightly short of breath.

It is worse if I press on that area. Somewhat tender & definitely makes me more nauseous. I do have IBS but this is nothing that I have felt before. Can you give me some ideas on what it may be?
