I've had constipation, heartburn, and fatigue for the last four days. Yesterday, I took a laxative, went to work, and came home with a low grade fever of 101.4. I went to sleep, and woke up in the middle of the night with the worst bout of diarrhea I've ever had, lasting for a few hours off and on. I don't have a fever any more, but do I ever have heartburn! I also have a lot of gas in my stomach, but I haven't been able to burp, it just won't come up. Is there a (relatively) simple solution to this, or should I see a doctor?
