symptoms are waking up in the middle of the night about 7-8 hours after eating with severe stomach pain, diarrhea, hand contractions, profuse sweating, hyperventilating and tingling on both sides of stomach and lower back. This is the 6th time this has happened in about 2 years. I always wake up in the middle of the night in pain. I cannot identify a common food. Could it be MSG? gluten? food poisoning? something else? what should I do? please help-it;s very scary. Thank you! I am a 40 year old mother of 2.
