Excess mass cells in stomach, constant nausea, cough, tightness in bronchial tubes, no known allergies as yet..lost over 15 lbs

Please answer the above if possible, have had hyda test, ct scans with and without dye, mri's,stomach scopes ,necclur test and biopsy lot of blood work, have Asthma symptoms now, stomach is very inflammed and full of mast cells.Taking Benedryl,other meds for excess stomach acid, tested negative for h-pylori, all blood and urine test negative for tumor.Stomach does empty out slowly,no bowel problems, just upper stomach, sometimes pain in middle to the back. Anyone help ? Please. Thanks
