I started a Gluten free diet almost 2 months ago, and then added a mostly raw diet about 4 weeks ago. For the last 5 days I have had stomach cramps, gas and bloating. So I went back to eating more cooked foods like rice, then added some fruit, but still seem to be getting stomach pain. It seems like I upset something that I can't get to go back to normal. Is there a way I can reset my digestive system? Maybe a juice fast or something? I am getting desperate, the gas pain is really painful and it floats up under my ribs and is really hard to get anything done.
