Breakfast: 8 a.m. “And how are we feeling?”: Not very hungry. Appetite is low. Stomach still unhappy.
What’s on the Menu:
1 container Trader Joe’s (hereafter referred to as TJ’s) organic strawberry probiotic nonfat yogurt. 2 16 oz glasses of water (filtered)
Bathroom Visit: 9:30 a.m. Consistency: Diarrhea and gas.
Lunch: Skipped. Again.
Snack: 2:00 p.m. “And how are we feeling?”: Better. Stomach feels fine. gas has subsided. What’s on the Menu1 cup TJ’s pita chips (sea salt)
1 cup red seedless grapes
1 cup Jasmine Green Tea (hot)
Bathroom Visit: 2:20 p.m. Consistency: Normal
Bathroom Visit: 6:00 p.m. Consistency: Normal
Dinner: 7:30 p.m. “And how are we feeling?”: Ready for something more substantial to eat! What’s on the MenuHomemade Chicken Quesedillas- poached herb chicken, fresh salsa (diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, green pepper, lime), and TJ’s Mexican blend cheese. “Wholly Guacamole” on the side.

Bathroom Visit: 9:30 p.m. Consistency: Normal
“And how are we feeling?”: Sleepy. Stomach is peachy. Settling and digesting without any major issues.
Bedtime: 10:30 p.m.
Slept in my own bed. Nice to have a quiet night, although missing our little kitties very much. Can’t wait to get them!
Bathroom Visit Tally: 6 times
So that’s pretty much what happens when I eat veggies. Every time. Unless they are cooked and super soft, my guts gets super agitated. It’s a bummer but I try and reintroduce fresh steamed crispy veggies every couple months just to see if anything different occurs. Broccoli is sadly a vegetable I don’t have much luck with. The results are usually serious gas and constipation for the next 12 hours.
