Chronic Pain, Lower Right Adbomen..Help!

In 2005, I was diagnosed with Endometroisis. Since then, I have had chronic pain in my lower right abdomen around the Ovary area. I recently had surgery to remove Endometroial *Sorry, I spelled that wrong* implants from my ovaries, but my doctor couldnt find anything. He also said my appendix looked fine. I was wondering what could possibly be causing my pain. The pain is so bad some days that it interferes with everyday activities.
