chill in abdomen

 I'd like to know ifwhy I feel a cold fluid like feeling in my upper right abomin. I've had this feeling for a while, I was diagnosed with gall bladder pollyps and have had my GB removed. I still feel the same symptons and now a few hours after a meal I'll either feel pain, discomfort and or a 'chill' fluid feeling in my abdomen. Can anyone help? My doctor says its normal and that some people even after surgery will feel the same. This isn't clear enough for me.
