cant have a bm because its too big and hard

it all started 7 2 weeks ago i started getting horrible nose bleeds and i got that taken care of by getting a vein in my nose burnt   but i could only have liquids for 48 hours   i had this done last fri i prob didnt really eat till anything till tuesday   but ive been trying to use the restroom and it just seems like its too big to pass also im afraid to push to hard in fear of getting another nose bleed   its now saturday and i still havent had a bm    i read that if worst comes to worst a doctor will have to remove it with his fingers if i go to the er   i tried to break it up and got sum out with my finger   i know its gross sounding but i gotta do something  and it made my anus hurt i lubed up my finger and everything   oh also i have been taking vicodne for the last week       i bought a enema its not a mineral oil one   but i bought mineral oil that you are supposed to swallow       can i use that mineral oil in my enema bottle   to maybe help ease the passing of this log       i havent had any pain yet   but i dont want to get to that point   i also have been taking stool softners but i dont think they have helped
