I cooked a chichen for soup. I froze the left over chichen, with bones in, and thawed it two weeks later to fix chicken salad. My husband ate the salad two evenings in a row. The night after the second meal he threw up all night. Could the chicken have been bad because I didn't debone it before freezing it?
