can ulcer or reflux effected the nerves

have been having very bad reflux,symptoms get so bad,it feels like a heart attack with back and arm pain.have had many heart test and all were normal.ct-scan,stress test,nuc. stress test,ekgs,blood work,newer ct-scan,and monitored with what looks like a walk around ekg for 2days.when symptoms start,can feel stomach start to hurt,then all the other follow.pain in arm,back,sometimes shortness of breath.fatigue,dizziness,feelimg something in my throat.then it feels like a pinched nerve in my neck,then start to get burning sensation in back ,arm,bottom lip,leg.all on left side.have had ct-scan on head,and was normal.but i'm getting symptoms of reflux,heart problems,stroke,and nerve damage.was told server reflux or ulcer can give same sensations,is this true?
