can anyone tell me what exactly swollen lymph nodes in the stomach means. I know what a lymph node is and I know what a stomach

My daughter is 18 and has complained about stomach pains for at least the last year. They did a ct scan and said she has swollen lymph nodes in her stomach. I am very worried it is something serious, but the doctors don't really seem concerned at all.
