SCD Ice Cream doesn’t have to be boring. There are lots of interesting variations.
Banana Cheesecake Ice CreamIngredients 1 large frozen banana (in several pieces) 1 oz (2 TB) farmer’s cheese 1 TB SCD yogurt a few drops of vanilla extract a pinch of salt
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Process/blend until smooth like soft serve ice cream.
Makes 1 serving.
